1. Can I place an order for delivery?

Yes, our operations remains normal. 

2. Is it safe to receive my order?

Yes, it is very unlikely contracting Coronavirus through a package or mail carriers alone. According to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, viruses like Coronavirus decay rapidly on cardboard surfaces. However, you should always follow the World Health Organization safety guidelines and wash your hands frequently. 

3. What can I do if I am self-isolated and do not wish to come into contact with a delivery driver?

You can deliver instructions during your checkout process (Specific area, location, and destination) or place your order by phone. Delivery drivers are instructed not to come into contact for your signatures. They just knock at your door and leave. 

4. How long it's going to take for my item to arrive?

If the order is coming from our warehouse in Miami, FL, delivery normally takes 2-7 labor days depending on the delivery state.

5. If I am self-isolated, can I still be able to return my item?
